How do you handle the death of a life-long dream?

by | Sep 27, 2019 | Faith and Work, Resources, Videos

Not many of us can say that we have run out under the bright lights during a Major League Baseball game. Even fewer of us can say that we can throw the ball over ninety miles an hour. So imagine living your whole life in pursuit of one goal only to wake up at 25 and it’s all over.

That’s what Jonathan Barrett experienced, after being drafted at eighteen by the Tampa Bay Rays his dream died before it could even begin. Now what? Well, take a listen and be inspired by his wrestle with identity and his finding life beyond baseball.

Enjoy.
